RESPONDING TO COVID-19

To our patients:

We are very excited to start seeing our patients again!  We are making sure we have a safe environment for our patients that we care for.  To help keep our office safe, we ask that you wear a mask to your appointment.  We require that patients come to their appointments without companions. For minors there is a limit of one guardian with no other minors unless they too have an appointment.
